Hike with Hendry

Mid-summer is a pretty time in the vineyard. Typically, the grapevines are going through veraison - the process during which the grapes rapidly ripen and their skin changes color. Bring a camera and explore the changing colors in the vineyard! Vineyard Manager and third-generation grape grower Mike Hendry will lead guests on a walk around the property, and share detail on all of the preparations the vineyard team is doing in anticipation of harvest. After the walk, you will return to the winery for a flight of seasonal wines. Cheese and charcuterie plates are available to pre-order, or you are welcome to bring your own picnic. Tour begins at 10:00 am, followed by the tasting at 11:30 am. Seatings are limited, so make your reservation soon!
Note that this event will include walking on terrain that can be uneven or muddy in places. Please wear appropriate footwear.
