HENDRY TASTING OFFERINGS

All appointments are private and hosted by one of our experienced guides. Choose any one of our fun flights for all of the members of your party to enjoy together!

• Red Wine Flight | approx 60 min | $50 per person, waived with equivalent purchase

Red grapes have been grown on the Hendry Ranch for over a hundred years. Our ranch is now home to a dozen grape varieties-- the majority of which are red. Dive into a diverse selection of red wine styles in this wide-ranging sampling, from light to fruity reds, building to our more structured offerings. Taste your favorites, and discover new ones!

The Hendry Ranch is relatively unique in the Napa Valley for the combination of soil and climate that allows us to grow a dozen different grape varieties, all on one family farm. Every grape that ends up in one of our bottles comes from this land. Savor a diverse sampling of both white and red wines--from light and bright to deep and complex--in this comprehensive tasting.

In eighty-five years of grape growing, we've learned more than a few things from our land. Explore the highest expression of the Hendry Vineyard, our limited-edition Reserve wines, complemented by a curated selection of hidden-gem, small-production red varieties, in this special tasting offering.

CLUB MEMBER TASTINGS

Hello wine club friends! Whether you are near or far, please give us as much notice as you can, so that we may
have the best chance of accommodating your request. We're always happy to see you again!

• Hendry Club Tasting | 30-60 minutes
For Friends of Hendry and Taste of Hendry club members looking for a casual, "short and sweet," Hendry visit, the Club Tasting hits the spot. This less-structured, casual tasting is perfect for existing club members who may have visited before, visit frequently, or who prefer to focus on just a few things each visit. We'll have time to taste around five wines during this abbreviated appointment. If you're bringing guests and want the story, the background, and the full selection of wines, we suggest the Club Classic appointment.

REQUEST A CLUB TASTING

• Hendry Club Classic Tasting | 60-90 minutes
Bringing friends and family and want to share the full Hendry experience with them? Has it been a while since your last visit? Need to catch up on all of the current releases of your favorite wines? This is the tasting for you! We'll set aside the full 1.5-2 hours for your visit. You'll have a private, hosted appointment, allowing us to tailor the time to the interests and questions of your guests. We'll cover the history of the Ranch, talk about the vineyard, and taste through a selection of current releases, with plenty of time for detailed discussions. Looking for something shorter? We suggest the Club Tasting, approx. 1 hr.

• NEW: Hendry Club Winemaker's Reserve Flight | 60-90 min |
Explore the highest expression of the Hendry Vineyard, our limited-edition Reserve wines, complemented by a curated selection of hidden-gem, smaller-production red varieties, in this special tasting offering.

Members, please let us know in advance if you are planning to pick up wine and would also like to taste,
so that we can do our best to make sure you're well taken care of!

Hike with Hendry

We are blessed to call the beautiful, expansive Hendry Ranch home. Situated on 200+ acres, our vineyards are carefully tended by a vineyard crew with deep knowledge and experience. Come learn more about what they do and see our amazing vines up close.

Four times a year, third generation farmer Mike Hendry leads a group on a walk through the Hendry vineyard, discussing and demonstrating what is happening to vines at that point in time. We schedule these events - as best we can, working with Mother Nature! - to critical moments in the vineyard's annual life cycle. So sign up for one hike, or all of them - each will feature new topics and developments. After the walk, guests will return to the winery to enjoy a customized tasting flight.

THE DETAILS

All visitors to Hendry must be 21 or over.
Maximum of 6 guests per party. Private, hosted, one-flight-per-party format.
All tasting fees at Hendry are per person. Tasting fees waived completely with a purchase equal to the fee for each person. (Amazing, right?!) We are happy to pour lightly for those wishing to consume less, and receptacles are provided as well; the per-person tasting fee will still apply.
Late parties may not be seated. Call us if you're delayed so that we can talk about possible options.
Cancellations or changes to party number must be received and confirmed no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged the full per-person fee.
One non-drinking designated driver per party always welcome at no charge.
Tours are not offered at this time.
Well-behaved, dog-friendly dogs welcome on outdoor tastings only, weather permitting. Please let us know you'll be bringing your buddy when you make the reservation. (Dog parents please note: there are several winery dogs at Hendry Ranch which may or may not be present and will be off leash.)
Did you know that wineries and tasting rooms are fragrance-free zones? Leave scents and perfumes behind and allow yourself and others to enjoy all of the unique and subtle aromas wine has to offer.
Expect chilly morning temperatures, breezy/windy afternoons, and blue skies. Weather can be unpredictable-- tastings may take place indoors, outdoors, or on our covered porch. Dressing in layers is highly recommended.
