ZAP = California's Zinfandel Advocates and Producers, the loyal legion of lightly loony lovers--and makers-- of Zinfandel. At the weekend’s main event, you will meet top winemakers at the most comprehensive showing of Zinfandels and Zinfandel blends in the world, and nosh on a selection of sumptuous culinary bites from restaurants and winery chefs.
