Bordeaux Barrel Tasting

Have you ever wondered what exactly happens in an oak barrel that makes the resulting wine so special? Ever wished you could taste wine before and after the ageing process, to better understand a barrel's impact? Now is your chance! Join owner/winemaker George Hendry, general manager Jeff Miller, and other members of the Hendry cellar team to taste through a few vintages of our Bordeaux varieties before bottling. Learn more about the various cooperages, barrel ages, and toast levels that Hendry Winery uses, and then taste the differences for yourself. The barrel tasting will be followed by a self-guided tasting of current release wines, paired with small bites. All participants must be 21+. Club members are invited to register up to two non-club members as their guests at checkout.
