Tours and Tasting

The vines have awakened and the season has begun! We look forward to welcoming you back to the Napa Valley. 

***BOTTLE ROCK WEEKEND*** Traffic into the Napa Valley may be impacted by the Bottle Rock Music Festival. Please allow extra time for travel into the valley on all three days and avoid the downtown/Oxbow area. Alternative transportation information.

For the coming holiday weekend, May 25-28:

On Friday, 5/25: A few appointments for 2 people are available for the 11:00 am Tasting and the 2:00 pm Tour & Tasting.

On Saturday, 5/26: All appointments are booked.

On Sunday, 5/27: Appointments are available for the 10:00 am Seminar Tour & Tasting.

On Monday, 5/28: Some appointments are available for all three tours and tastings.

Please phone or email us to be added to the wait list if your preferred appointment is not available.

All tours and tastings are by appointment only, seven days a week. Please note that appointments may not be available "day-of" without prior notice. All visitors must be 21 or over. We are not permitted to have children and/or babies in the tasting room or on tours.

Seminar Tour 10 am

A unique educational experience in the Napa Valley. Owner George Hendry –farmer, winemaker, physicist–  leads an in-depth educational tour and tasting. Information includes property history, farming philosophy and the science and economics of grape growing and winemaking. Tour is followed by an intensive, guided tasting seminar consisting of a minimum of 7 current release wines. A great educational foundation for anyone who really wants to learn about wine and winemaking. Novices and experts alike will gain insight from this unique educational experience. Ideal for inquisitive wine fans, wine geeks, engineers, physicians and scientists of all kinds. Fee waived with equivalent purchase.

Afternoon Tour and tasting 2 pm

An overview of property history, tour of the vineyard, discussion of grape growing and winemaking and tour of the winery. Get to know your grape varieties during our educational tasting of a minimum of 6 wines following the tour, led by one of our knowledgeable team members. Fee waived with equivalent purchase.

Tasting 11 am

A seated, educational tasting of a minimum of 6 wines led by one of our knowledgeable team members. Tasting fee waived with equivalent wine purchase.
